Creative Ways to Give and Support
Your donations make a difference!
*GIVE ONLINE. Make an online donation in honor or memory of someone special or to recognize an important event such as an anniversary, birthday, or graduation. After making online gifts, you'll be invited to send a special e-greeting card to someone "just because" or to share with them that you remembered them through your giving. Ovar'coming Together will also send a formal acknowledgement letter at your request.
*PURCHASE AWARENESS PRODUCTS. A variety of teal awareness products are available for purchase. Proceeds help support Ovar'coming Together's mission...and by using the products, you help spread awareness and spur conversations and interest for others to learn about ovarian cancer.
*TIE GIVING TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL EVENT. Having a birthday party, anniversary celebration or other special occasion? Invite your guests to bring donations to the event in lieu of gifts!
*HOLD A SPECIAL EVENT OF YOUR OWN. Hold your own special event to raise funds AND awareness about ovarian cancer! Event examples include golf outings, dinners, car washes, concession stands, hula hoop (or other) contests, ice cream socials, or most anything! View our third-party event guidelines and ideas.
*DONATE YOUR TIME OR TALENT. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available through Ovar'coming Together. Additionally, if are a business owner or have a special skills set, put your services to work to make a difference. For example, if you are a video company, create a short clip to help build awareness. If you are a women's salon, offer makeovers or other services free to survivors. If you are a lawn care service, offer to spruce up a survivor's lawn.
